The “Form Field Manager” add-on enables you to add custom fields to your forms. Want to ask your donors for their phone number? No problem. Fundraising for a marathon? Why not ask your donors their t-shirt size!

Best of all, Form Field Manager supports conditionally showing or hiding fields based on the value of other existing fields.

INSTRUCTIONS To see conditional logic, set the donation amount to $500 or more and watch what happens! This is just one way to keep your forms lean while still getting the right information in front of your donors under the right circumstances.
