INSTRUCTIONS This form uses a “Donor Opt-in” option to allow the donor to choose to donate an additional amount to cover your processing fees. They simply have to check the checkbox below and the fees will be calculated and added automatically. You control whether it’s enabled by default, what percent and/or flat rate is applied, or if you’d even like to set a fee maximum.
